When you say something like "I don't see color" or "I don't see race", you're actively dismissing an immutable part of a person's identity, which is insulting. You can acknowledge and appreciate someone's race without treating them differently because of it.

This is very true, and all you need to look at is Wisconsin 2022. Mandela Barnes (D) narrowly lost the Senate race to Ron Johnson (R), but Tony Evers (D) crushed Tim Michels (R) for governor. Given the numbers, this would've been impossible without some split ticket votes.
A record is not a solid master copy. Vinyl, as an analog medium, wears out in the same way a cassette does.

Here's a killer garlic bread recipe.
Grab a demi baguette from your grocery store's bakery. Cut it in half both lengthwise and crosswise. Throw them on a sheet pan, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Put in the oven at 350 for 12 minutes or so, so that they're lightly toasted and the cut side is crisp. Remove from the oven.
This is where the fun begins. Peel a few cloves of fresh garlic... and rub that shit directly on the baguette. Keep running it across the bread until it is gone. One clove total for a balanced taste of garlic, two cloves total for a strong garlic journey, and one for each piece if you are become garlic destroyer of breath.
Garlic spread? Pre-made frozen garlic bread? All trash. Have this once and I guarantee you will never, ever make any other inferior substitute again.

Please, if we're going to criticize, let's criticize facts. It only gives him ammunition when we attack something that never happened.
We're not expecting you to see people in terms of race. That would be profiling. You're being far too literal and not making a point in good faith by trying to equate visual impairment in this context.
Please look up the difference between equality and equity, and why equality isn't sufficient and can in fact still be exclusionary in today's reality. That's the point we're trying to make here.
