I just don't see a place for it in the market. Steam is the big daddy DRM store. GOG is the old school DRM-free store. Itch is the small time indie dev store. Epic will never be a general storefront like one of the above. The only reason to use Epic is to play one of their exclusive games, and in that case they're no different from any company that refuses to multiplat their games. Blizzard selling their games on the Blizzard store or Nintendo selling their games on the Nintendo store. It just comes down to wanting a larger cut of the sales, instead of paying someone else to use their storefront.

Why do people keep altering his picture to make his head smaller? Come on. Everyone who has met him knows his head is much bigger than that. Stop doctoring these photos!
35,000 pounds of $100 bills would be $1,587,573,295 a year. Rich bastard.
She looks really young to be the wife of Adolf Hitler. Bathing in the blood of 100 virgins must really keep your skin looking young.
Basically true. Intel can't compete. Intel is developing a 2nm manufacturing process but AMD is already below that. Intel sells worse technology at a higher price, and basically only exists because of government subsidies. AMD has cornered virtually every market. They have the leading chips for desktop, server, and even game consoles.
But I'm sure Intel can turn it around. They just need to hire a well-known fortune 500 CEO who has the right powerpoint highlighting their commitment to DEI.
I'm not concerned if they are using chats for AI training data. In fact, I expect them to continue improving their chatbots. If they were to sell our chat logs to a third party, and those logs went public, then I expect it would quickly torpedo their platform. Even in that case, my account doesn't have my real name anywhere. I gave them an incorrect birth date. I haven't linked any social media to my account. I keep everything set to private. If the logs were to go public, and people could say "Look! This user said all these things!" they still wouldn't know who I was.
Maybe the FBI or NSA could track me down, but talking sexy things to a chatbot isn't illegal. In fact, it may very well become more commonplace. Someday we will likely have androids with AI personalities serving us in our homes.
I'm not shedding any tears for med school students. You have to be rich to pay for it, and when they become doctors they're going to be milking the system that denies care to the rest of us or overcharges for life saving surgery and drugs.
I hope they lick Ms. Moran's feet.
White and red would be a sexy combination.
It's more than that. There are lots of things I want to do that I just can't do. I've spent a lot of time and effort learning to program, and suck at it. I can't program the things I want to make, and it feels bad that I'm no good at it. I spent months trying to learn to do one thing and while I reached the point I could copy and paste code that would do it, I had no clue why the code did what it did. I wanted to understand why it was so complicated, when what I wanted to do was from my human point of view, so simple. I got frustrated and ended up shelving it, and never went back.
I still get frustrated when I think about it. There is a indie game dev festival where people will get together to code games from scratch in like 24 hours. Manlybadasshero has shown some of their works on his youtube channel. There are people out there who are so good at coding and I'm having this monumental challenge with the basic stuff. It just drives home how dumb you are.
