Not great, I've just hit a flareup myself over the past few days and feel like shit. Been using alcohol to numb some IRL problems, which is never a great idea, now I'm paying for it. Just forced myself to clean up this morn and have a hot shower, even if my body is screaming to stay in bed got to power through it sometimes. About to watch some football, fishing on OSRS (Runescape) and just trying to ride this out.
