But that's just a temporary number, though.

Who the fuck ~~that~~ thought "hey, we just made millions extremely mad, let's give them r/place now so they can tell us what they really feel"? 😂

Aaaah, is it the one who is a doctor, an engineer, a police officer, a firefighter, a teacher, a carpenter and everything else? Is that very talented dude?

Nope, that's why there is management. They take care of scheduling. Employees don't need to do management's job for them. I always call off at my job, never heard my manager tell me to find someone to cover my shift, they take care of it. This is a culture that restaurants made us think is ok, and it is not

You shouldn't even "find someone to cover your shift". That's the manager's job. If the manager is not the owner then a call to corporate is necessary. If they're the owner then fuck this place.

I don't say this because I'm a Firefox user, but it has always been faster for me than any chromium based browser. Especially, on heavy sites like YouTube.

The freedom we have now may not be here in the near future. Your political views, your opinions that you have voiced online could be used to oppress you then. Also, another simpler reason, I don't want corporations to know my personal life just like how I don't want my neighbor to know it either. It is called personal, not public.

It was nice. There was no way to never show those NSFW account in the public feed. There wasn't even a button to block those accounts. I even checked my settings on the site and found nothing

Thank you. I found it, but I think I'll just use the official app for now and see. I like the vibe on pixelfed. It's pretty much the old Instagram.

I just installed their official app. It's in beta, but it is so lovely. Reminds me of Instagram when it was first launched. I'm sticking with the official app. Learned my lesson from lemmy. Too many apps is no good. Lol

Awesome, thank you so much. I want to leave Instagram and just found out about this one the other day.
