Ich, als leidenschaftlicher Haferflocken/Müslikonsument, habe die letzten Jahre diese Mahlzeit falsch zubereitet und Mangelerscheinungen und Verdauungsprobleme bekommen. Ärzte meinten, dass es an der veganen Ernährung liegen würde, jedoch war es lediglich die falsche Zubereitung von den Haferflocken. Seitdem ich diesen Artikel gelesen habe und mir overnight oats zubereite, geht es mir viel besser.

Just basic oats, overnight oats or porridge with various fruits and nuts
