Try passing 10mins+ to see if it's stable enough and then this R23 bench will mean something.

Not really, unless you do memory heavy/production stuff, I'm on 13700k and just switched from 3200CL16 two weeks ago to 4800CL18 (out of the same curiosity and I got it for cheap) which contributes almost nothing to games since I'm running on 1440p in the end it will be the GPU that is bottlenecking your system.
