What power supply are you running if faulty can cause all kinds of issues . Same with over heating and full HD/SSD.

You can get boards that still use DDR4 if you want to save money.

Could be a power supply issue or memory instability. Just guessing but seems like issues happen when the computer ramps up on power. Limiting the cpu might somewhat elevate the issue.
