That goes into the work profile of my android phone and that profile of switched off after clocking out. Simple as that, I don't have to carry two phones and get my peace after hours. And my company respects my free time which also helps s lot.

The stalebot is most times useless. The only scenario where I can see use of it is a maintainer waiting for the reporter to add information. But closing issues because no maintainer checked on them? That's garbage and discourages bug reports.

Disable bluetooth on your phone, have a call and see if they react to it. If they do react, you can rule out bluetooth snitching on you.
