If frontends are things that can just be hosted using (mostly) the same amount of resources the default frontends would use, what about a frontend that makes use of both lemmy and sharkey. I know that the 2 services have some overlap thanks to the protocols. And i personally may not get much use from such a frontend being a primarily mobile user. But i guess that i'm just curious if there are efforts for a multi-protocol fediverse frontend.

Twitch, for the community. I used to watch youtube streams and i'm still not even sure if they have raiding. Also drops, game integration, channel points.

I think i may have a new food hack. If you're ever out shopping and don't know what or how to make for dinner you can goto the gravy aisle and the seasoning packets read like recipes. Just pick what you want to make, it'll tell you what you need and how to make it. The packet also tells you what is in it so you can learn what spices to put on things instead of buying seasoning packets forever.

Windows has a clipboard tool for caching several different pastes, you may have to turn it on though.

You can use ctrl left/right to jump whole words, this also works with shift to select.

Charging voltages are no longer limited to 5v and haven't been for a few years. To make things worse there are different fast charging protocols and compatibility is not guaranted. The only real way to measure power throughput is an inline charge meter that can handle voltages over 5v. Modern charging can be very misleading because percentages are not always as useful as we think they are, percent is merely how far between shutoff voltage and top voltage but the curent throughput is not linear during the charge cycle. I'm not a fan of charge speeds over 15w because of how it impacts battery longevity.

I am also a 35 year old man trying to learn sewing on a partially busted vintage machine. But i've been hand sewing small repairs for years.

This looks like a lunchbox sewn onto a backpack, and i'm not sure thats a bad thing. I appreciate bags with space and as long as the contents are not heavy this might work. I hope to make a spacious backpack for myself some day.

Guess i'm the first to say it, sewing. Not necessarily making things from scratch but just fixing what you got and adding features. Fairly affordable hobby, easy to get into and plenty of tutorials.

So i understand that blahaj.zone is a calckey instance and calckey is based on misskey and using an api called activitypub. But can i access mastodon with calckey? I have heard that people can access lemmy with mastodon, though i am not sure how. I have not yet tried mastodon yet. And does anyone have a mastodon suggestion or should i try calckey?
