Use vegan feta!! I recommend Miyokos but a lot of people also like Violife.

If you don't have black salt, you can skip it.

BIG TIP: Add a Tbsp of vegan mayo to mixture before cooking. Makes final product more homogenous and less crumbly like real egg scramble, and the vegan mayo has egg flavor that works really well for this.
