Only 10% of bank robberies fail, and 80% of stolen bank money is never recovered.

And if you don't get caught you can use the money for food, housing and healthcare.

But it just might be a lunatic that seat is for.

They usually only use the horn at crossings. Automated trains are grade separated. The SkyTrain rolls through Vancouver all night and you can hardly hear it.

Trains are way easier to make self driving too, we've had autonomous trains since the 60s.

Ignoring the fact there's no sales tax on many of the largest expenses (food, rent, healthcare), $14.70 + 10.4% (the highest sales tax in WA) is still lower than the lowest minimum wage in Washington, and in rural Oregon counties the minimum is only $13.70.

You call that a living wage? In Washington the minimum is $16.28 statewide, including tipped labor, and it's $19.97 in Seattle.

What's wild to me is that the cost of a meal is the same as in places like Pennsylvania where a waiter can be paid as little as $2.83/hr.

Almost like the cost is set by the market, and the owners will cut wages as low as they're allowed to simply to take more for themselves.

Newsmax doesn't have a fact checker, but in a hypothetical situation where they did: most facts that get checked come to the same conclusions.

Trump did not have the largest inauguration crowd in history, it's easily observed by looking at photos of the event compared to other inaugurations. Every fact checker agrees on that fact. If there were a rogue fact checker that regularly went against clearly evident fact in favor of a political narrative, it would lose credibility and be removed from the set of rigorous fact checkers.
