I'll second your mayflash adapter. I have a few of those, including the GC one, and it works great!

I may not be a smart person, but aerodynamics.. in space?
PowerA made a wireless GC controller for Switch. I got one and paired it with my Steamdeck. Works fine.
Also, for the Metroid Prime's, if you're not too hung up on playing it the original way, look into Primehack. It's a modded Dolphin emulator with specific FPS controls for Metroid Prime. There are packages for Linux available. I think the one that worked best for me was the flatpak version.
I never knew there was a difference. Is it just the nacelle placement and the little "hump" just aft of the saucer?
I've had success finding directories of chd's after searching for something with "archive" ".org" "ps1" "psx" and "chd" as possible search terms.
I use a Garmin Venu 2. It's a "smart enough" watch where it's not annoying in terms of notifications, but it provides all of the data I could imagine needing relating to my fitness activities. I started using it after Mozilla reviewed Garmin's stance on privacy.
I also have a Seiko kinetic watch I wear for nice or more formal events.
Soft Skills Engineering: I listen for advice on the non-technical side of software development.
The Greatest Generation: a couple guys who review ST:TNG, DS9 and now Voyager episodes.
Greatest Trek: the above but for new Trek
Woah! I don't follow this kind of stuff too closely, but I never saw this coming. Also, having been to both, I like Cedar Fair parks a lot more than Six Flags, so I see the CEO news as a positive.
I installed EndeavousOS on Feb 18, 2023, and it has given me the best gaming experience with the fewest of issues. Previously, I've tried Manjaro, PopOS and Tumbleweed and was met with issues early on that made running the latest AMD hardware troublesome in each, but I experienced none of that with EndeavourOS.
I paired my P8P to my car last week and was able to use it. Today, it doesn't even appear to try to connect. My other vehicle, which has the motorola AA dongle in it, works a-ok still. My P7 no longer connects to the first car either, so, at least for me, it's not just pixel 8 specific.
It's not just P8/P8P in my experience. I can no longer connect a P7 to the same vehicle. Android Auto never starts, the car screen just says the device is not compatible.
My other car, which has the motorola wireless dongle, works fine.
I have no grounds to question anything that you said, but all I can imagine is this image.
