Check out antiperspirant for your feet. The issue might be related to your feet sweating and creating dampness in your shoe your whole shift. Also ideally have two pairs of shoes to alternate for work.
I will definitely say it counts. Any goal you set is your own! With that said I have not played Stardew Valley again since beta... Because I don't want to get sucked into it since I had put in a lot of hours into just the beta. Maybe one day again.
Goals are the same as last month...Finish Code Vein or Grisaia. But I also think I will start Final Fantasy VII classic to slowly prepare myself for the new ones that I am delaying playing.
I finished none of the games I had intended to for the month, but I did finish one particular notable one and one not so much.
The less interesting one I finished was Streets Of Kamurocho which really wasn't much to it. Just a beat em up of the same stage over and over with progressively more enemies or they do more damage. Fun for the 30 min or so I played, but probably won't go back to this game.
The much more interesting game that I finally played was Portal 1. Never got around to it when it first came out over a decade ago. But I finally understand the meme that was from back then. Somehow I was able to not see spoilers all this time. The game holds up very well as an fps with great controls for puzzle solving. The minor amount of story / lore was enjoyable and I found the dialogue to be as well. I can see myself revisiting this game from time to time to just to see what crazy things I can try mechanics wise.
Oldest one I boot up regularly is Super Mario World I would say. On a less frequent occasion I do also play Tecmo's Deception (PS1). I do like going back to Gradius for the SNES as well.
Contra and Contra 2 are fun, but very challenging games I will occasionally bust out.
PC gaming wise I have been playing City of Heroes and Diablo 1.
Oooo I forgot this was airing...going to have to pick it up. Thanks for the post.
Yes I have. I switch between older AAA and current indie games. I have tried some recent AAA games as well. I play anything I want at the time I want to play something.
I only put in a few hours toward the games I had planned to complete for February. My plan got blindsided by friends wanting to play City of Heroes, which was honestly a blast. I did get a character to max level. So maybe I can count that as completing something for a game since I've never done that for an MMORPG.
I will be finishing up Code Vein and Fruits of Grisaia. Pretty sure I am in the last third of the game for Code Vein, but hard to know since I don't check guides usually. For Fruits of Grisaia I think I am about done with the common route. Switching back and forth between these two games has been pretty good depending on how involved I want to be mechanically with the game I am playing.
Hey that's a fantastic variety of games to beat for the month. Super Hot regular has been on my radar for some time, I might even own the VR edition and not know it. Only VR game I played regularly when I first got it was Beat Saber.
The lean mechanics in Call of Duty were one of my favorite when I used to play FPS all the time. I haven't in quite some time, but I think they may not be in a lot of new FPS games? Admittedly I don't think I have played any COD before 4 and none after the 2nd Black Ops except for a bit of Warzone when it first came out.
I personally probably won't be beating anything this month. Next month I expect to have two games completed. Code Vein I feel like I am close to the end. ~~Tekken 8 I will considered completed once I finish character stories and maybe arcade quest, but that mode doesn't really interest me at all.~~
Edit: I actually did end up being able to complete what I wanted for Tekken 8. The main story was what I wanted from it. The character stories were good and some made me chuckle. One made me think of what could have been. From here forward this will be my time wasting on ranked game play when winding down.
This month I finished Tecmo's Deception originally released on the PS1. I had played it before not too long after it originally released and beat it and was done. Just recently found out there were multiple endings so decided to go back and get a few more of them. I feel the game held up surprisingly well, especially after rebinding the controls to be more modern like.
The story was very simple, the game play was fun. I enjoyed the sound track and the game does not over stay its welcome.
Eventually I will replay the 2nd one as well and finally get to play the 3rd one.
