There are 20 TB EXOS drives for $270 on Newegg.

Newegg cheaping out on packaging is ridiculous. SSDs were shipped in an extremely thin bubble mailer, and someone appears to have stepped on it. in c/[email protected]

No, because most of them have data to download anyway, so if they go down, the APK itself will be useless.
