“South of Scotland” is England, or France or maybe a lot of places. None of which are “southern Scotland” like the article talks about. No where does it say south of Scotland.
Even an Old Canadian knows Scotland is the blokes north of the wankers.
That would make sense given the lack of refrence numbers.

The truck is designed to provide PTO and electrical interface for development. They’re a pain to work on.
