They want to know IF the patient took it and not that you provided it or forced it down his throat

If something happens to the patient they need to know if he took the medication.

If you only chart that you provided the patient with the medication then they dont know if he took it or they might be under the impression that he took it and if he gets complications from not taking it then they might not give him the dose he needs since they will be afraid of over medicating.

As well as if he did take the medication and got complications from the medicine it self they won't know since they don't know if he actually took it.

I had nearly the same problem on new years.

Was going to put vanilla sugar in my whipped cream but accidentally put baking soda as its the exact same container.

Also from country where tips aren't expected.

Did preload a tip once because I felt guilty.

Ended up having the driver yell at me to come get the food in the lobby and that I was wasting his time when I was sick with covid and even though I specifically ordered for door delivery.

On top of that the food was cold and soggy. So I went straight to customer service and removed that tip.

If I have cash I will tip if they do a good job otherwise. No.

I haven't been able to exercise successfully since I moved from home.

Where my parents live there was a great 5km run which included hills, scenery and if you did it backwards it was more strenous. They sadly exploited the fuck out of it and built a railway across it.

Where I live now it's boring, hard to get to or too slopey.

Swede here. Those labels are from the producer. It's easier to just use the same bags and then add the expiration date on a separate labels than to print the expiration date on the bags themselves.

That way if you make same same bread on the same date but one batch gets frozen and the other gets sent out fresh you just use the same bags but they get different labels with different exparation dates depending if they are frozen or fresh.

The union that started the strike is paying their members that are on strike 130% of their wages after taxes to cover their wage and their benefits like pension, vacation, sick- and parental-leave etc.

You can still be introverted and need those close to you.

You would most likely prefer smaller groups to crowds, maybe self reflect and retreat into your own mind more than others, probably think before you act. You would also most likely feel tired after being in a crowd, feel comfortable being alone(doesn't mean 4months alone would be ok), and have few friendships but you are very close with those friends.

I am an introvert but I still need my partner, my family and my friends. I just don't need them that often and I am fine being on my own but I would definitely prefer to be with them than without them. That is why we chose them, right? Because we enjoy their company.

It's my fault isn't it?

I am literally leaving for the UK in 12hrs in hope that the weather would be a bit warmer.

 

Så min sambo skulle göra carbonara.

Vi har köpt dyr pasta, dyr ost och pancetta och han lovade mig en jättegod carbonara.

Allt börjar bra. Han blandar ägg och riven ost, kokar pastan al dente, steker pancettan så att den blir precis så där lagomt krispig.

Så drar han upp temperaturen slänger i pastan i pannan, tar av pannan från värmen och häller i äggblandningen.

Sen drar den jäveln tillbaka pannan på plattan och steker äggen torra och bränner osten.

Och sedan när jag säger lite försiktigt att "jag trodde det skulle vara lite mer såsigt" så får jag till svar "jag gillar det bättre så här".
