Having lived in Ohio for 30 years, its honestly not that bad I dont understand the hate? I've been to most surrounding states and I feel like its better than Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. I havent been to Pennsylvania yet though.

Ok I'll just say it, I stan Ohio. Haters gonna hate.

For more context: hes comparing nuclear energy disasters like chernobyl to the bombings of japan, saying that because those cities recovered therefore people are wrong about chernobyl still being uninhabitable and that people shouldn't be so scared of nuclear energy. Hes not saying bombing cities isnt so bad in general, just that its not as bad as how "(((they)))" say it is at chernobyl. Nevemind the fact that even if chernobyl was able to rebound it still would've been a major and tragic disaster!

This actually perfectly demonstrates his lack of knowledge and ability to perceive himself unduly as an intelligent person because of his financial success. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were able to rebuild and the nuclear fallout was short-lived because the bombs were detonated miles above the ground to maximize their immediate devastation, while the chernobyl reactor exploded on/in the ground and there is still uncontained radioactive material within the compound because it is basically impossible to clean up.

Also, the comments on that video are depressing.

Did you consider taking a shower at any point during that day?

Depending on the topography of the land, it could in some areas. But its gotta destroy all the existing beachfront properties first, and the new ones aren't going to last very long either.

Last I heard he lives alone in a mansion in beverly hills all sad and depressed in his piles of money that can never replicate the true feeling of human connection and friendship that he yearns for. I almost kinda feel bad for him, but then I remember hes only sad and lonely cause hes an asshole.

I thought having grown up with ADD and having developed my own coping mechanisms and strategies would help me raise an ADD child. Holy shit it is so hard.

Ive noticed that low-brain work is a lot easier to get myself to do. Its like my brain is lazy but my body isnt. Last spring I dug up 125 sqft of grass, lined it with decorative bricks, spread several 100lbs of topsoil, and sowed wildflowers. And before that I busted up 30 feet of sidewalk with a sledghammer and spread 3 cubic yards of fill dirt. All required basically zero brainpower. But godforbid i have to concentrate for 2 hours to diagnose and fix a bug at work! If I could get paid a software dev salary to shovel dirt for 8 hours a day I would in a heartbeat.

Uber driving sounds nice tbh. Phone tells you where to go and what to do. No brain needed.
