Never heard of it, but a quick Google tells me it's less than a year old, and I've had a version of this saved to my computer for years, so no. The article I originally found it in claimed it was actual margin doodles from an illuminated manuscript, but I think that was from cracked.com so probably worth a fact check lol. I'll have to give inkulnati a shot! It looks pretty cool.
