I love the irony of him calling Reddit a democracy while also refusing to budge on the API issue. You can’t have it both ways.
Atleast for lemmy and kbin, both are federated, which means you can view posts and communities from either platform and interact with them. Beehaw unfortunately is defederating from some popular instances, so that one does need its own account for the time being. That is a temporary measure though.
Really enjoying the feeling of a closer community of Lemmy. everyone is working together to build this platform from the ground up.
