My 80+ grandmother quit 60+ years ago and still gets cravings. I wish I'd never started and had the ability to quit but I'm not there yet.

Some people started singing it not knowing what it was

And they'll continue singing it forever just because ...

I got all excited because my mother has RA and cardiovascular issues and was going to forward her the link but then I saw it was about mice. Mice are not a good stand-in for humans in experiments, but they're what we got to work with

I would be okay with this

I've played some of Cassette Beasts and I'm really enjoying it! It's Pokemon + Bravely Default with some cassette retro futurism thrown in.

All right, I've been thinking, when life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade! Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons! What am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager!

Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man whose gonna burn your house down - with the lemons!

Nothing. My two cents is just the microwave to heat up you water and add your tea of choice to steep afterwards.

I can't even begin to comprehend the pressure to crank out book after book. If I remember correctly, they were coming out one every month.

I feel like this is one of the first "filler" books. The overall plot is okay but it doesn't really add much to the overarching storyline.

For something totally different: tuna patties

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed and divided
  • Worcestershire sauce, optional
  • Favorite frying oil

Crush crackers into crumbs. Set aside approximately 1/3-1/4 to bread patties. Put remainder into a bowl. Add egg and drained tuna. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce if desired. Mix together and form patties. (I usually get 2 to 4 patties per can.) Coat outside with cracker crumbs, fry in oil until outer crackers are golden brown. Serve and eat.

Can also be made with canned salmon. My kids like eating them with ketchup or steak sauce. This is actually what I'll be making for supper tomorrow night. You could totally eat this up with spicy ketchup.
