Sorry for the belated reply.

For the bigger screen and portability. My eyes aren't as good as they used to be. My gaming laptop's fans are dying, and this would be cheaper than a new laptop (sadly, it's also showing it's age and cannot be upgraded further). I use my deck at home 99.99% of the time so it wouldn't be much more to setup a monitor along with it.

Sorry for the belated reply.

I've seen those, or something like it. They would not work for me because 1) I wear glasses and 2) VR makes me motion sick. I really wish they would because the implementation is really cool.

A single mouse will feed on a bird several times its size. Conservationists snapped a photo of one perched on the bloodied head of a wandering albatross chick. [...] He said the birds have not developed the defense mechanisms to protect themselves against these unfamiliar predators and often sit there while mice nibble away at them. Sometimes multiple mice swarm over a bird.

Holy crap. Renewed fear of mice activated. I hope their plan goes as well as they're planning. There's no good solution here.

Blinkies - those small gifs that blinked to give the impression of glitter.

iframes - precursor to divs, but definitely added that "only works in IE" feel.

More contrast between font color and background image - it's too easy to read.

12pt Times New Roman font - gotta squint to read and default font for everything

Flashy gif banner at your header and footer - bonus points if they're the same image

All urls default to underlined blue and purple.

Mouse cursor with trails. The more sparkles, the better.

Clip art. Clip art everywhere.

As a woman who still has her uterus and ovaries but who has gone into the "it's dangerous to get pregnant at your age" territory: I'm scared shitless. My last pregnancy ended in a stillbirth and that in and of itself has scared me. I feel horrible for being thankful that it happened months before RvW got overturned. I'm just ready to get everything removed so there's not even an iota of a chance of pregnancy.

How does the plant know what hummingbirds looks like?

It's a thing. It's a disgusting thing, but it's a thing. I remember, almost 30 years ago, my parents picking out a double wide trailer and they had to check a box to NOT get carpet in the bathrooms.

Exactly! I have a child who first got their diagnosis at 6 years old. It wasn't their personal energy level that spurred the diagnosis.

I remember watching the first season of Red vs Blue while feverish with the flu... All I remember is thinking "this makes perfect sense." It does not make perfect sense 🤣

I don't have one place I work at. My job requires I travel so I do a lot of driving (minor perk is I get paid milage and drive time). I normally work at two locations each workday, and it's not uncommon for me to commute over 100 miles round trip. Until recently I was only working two days a week, and now it's between three to four days depending on what I have to do.

Disclaimer: I don't get paid nearly enough and am trying to find work closer to my rural residence. Corporate doesn't want to give raises either.
