Does XMP undervolt CPU? Or is it just for increasing RAM frequency?

13900k is a beast. Runs everything I throw at it from games to intense audio/video sessions.

It's amazing to see how powerful a Jay Z endorsement is for Intel. All my gaming buddies ridiculed me for building a 13900k and now that Jay is switching to Intel, they wanna know "How's that Intel working and does it BSOD"? 😮‍💨

A 14900k is going to feel good in intensive task and just everyday snap. Gaming probably won't be a big shocker but if you want it buy it. Or if you want to save some money buy a 13900K it's literally the same chip but with fractions of a difference.
