@[email protected] I've been thinking of how best to handle donations. I would like a platform that allows me to set my total donation amount, and the selected recipients, and their share of the pie. But I wouldn't want that platform to take their own cut.

Currently I'm trying to throw something like 5$/month at whatever project has merit, but that usually ends up pushing all the money to established projects (e.g., Blender, Godot) which isn't great.

@[email protected] My host doesn't accept donations. I guess I should donate to some fediverse projects directly (e.g., mastodon, although I've heard that project is somewhat hampered by it's leadership?)
