Honestly this is kinda what advanced bash looks like to me though

Been trying out Linux mint recently and I haven't had any significant issues with it yet. I do miss some of the the tiling options that I get with windows though. I've been gaming with the steam deck, though I keep around a windows 11 desktop with WSL2 for windows only workflows and some games.

Whenever there's an issue I just RDP into the other machine for what I need, haven't had anything game breaking for me yet

I think I'll keep at least one windows boot available for me to run specific games or software as not everything runs well on Linux yet. I'm excited to see how much better support on the steam deck gets soon

Gunfire Reborn, Black Book, and Minecraft. Excited to go finish BL3 and Tiny Tina's on it soon

Oh and there's Mini Metro for a subway/train building game, but that's a really niche one

How much motion sickness do you get with 2D games? Looking over my steam library, I've really enjoyed things like: Crypt of the Necromancer, Ori and the Blind Forest, Don't Starve, and Pyre. FTL is another one that has minimal movement.

There are some 3D games that don't have much motion but the list is small. Currently the only one I'm playing is the Black Book, which is primarily a card game set in Slavic pagan mythology with some 3D exploration (but minimal).

When you start the fight on the dam wall in BL2 after Roland is captured & the music starts. That was the borderlands moment for me that got me sucked into that universe

Interesting for sure, I never would have thought you could build an entire desktop with JavaScript. Getting support for regular Linux apps would be a must for me

Would this allow for users to customize their desktop with their own JavaScript? Not sure if I missed it, but does it handle multiple monitors?

The interesting thing for me is that the federated system allows for a potentially huge variety of business models, and we'll get to see what works and doesn't. Whereas reddit has to stick with just one
