Worse case scenario HDMI capture it yourself. Couple of trucks isn't a case it's hdcp protected if you know where to look cough DVI bypass cough

I use gen 1 Ryzen with multi-bit ECC ram from China Newegg seller on cheap 2nd gen ryzen ASRock motherboard and never had any issues but might have got lucky. I use 9 drives per vdev and use zraid3 cause I'm paranoid and combine 2vdevs in one pool, it can take a day to scrub or resilver but it's not too bad.
