The title of this post is misleading. If you follow the links, the dev says they are releasing a $3/mo subscription service for their app starting on 08/30.
The current Infinity app will stop working, and you have to install the new Infinity app, which is the same but with subscription.

I still have to use Reddit for some super niche communities to get answers to questions. Some of those communities don't exist on Lemmy or have far too little people on Lemmy to get any answers when I am looking for an answer within the week.
There are some subreddits for older games that I also use to ask some questions. I am not going to make a community on Lemmy for a game from like 2011 or 2015 to just ask a question about the game mechanics or something.
Also, Reddit still has a lot of good info from a lot of communities to still go back and reference. I still use site:reddit.com in a search engine a lot.
I don't go on Reddit to comment on other people's posts anymore though.

Now reading Altered Carbon (Richard K Morgan). And the 2 sequels after.
Though maybe I'll read We (Yevgeny Zamyatin) or Brave New World (Aldous Huxley) before the mentioned sequels.

Then I guess you need to go to YouTube website, go to the channel, look for what playlists they have, then go on NewPipe and look for it.
See how much of an inconvenience it is compared to just being able to pull up all channel playlists in the app?
Sure, you can type "(channel name) playlist" in the search bar, but then all those playlists are all mixed in with regular video results as well. Noticed that not all of the playlists shows up doing that too.
Idk, I learned GIMP first for years, and kept being annoying how unintuitive it was.
Then I tried Photoshop on a friend's computer for a week, and found how much easier it was to use.
I don't use Photoshop though since I use Linux
Uh... Florisboard does have that though. It's in the glide typing section of settings
Isn't this a separate package not part of the Linux kernel? I don't see why Linus would have to get involved.
