I'm Canadian so I could be wrong but I think that's a thing in Chicago, or at least similar to that. Or some other big American city.

These are really common where I live but I've never had one. They'd be a nightmare for my forgetful ass. I'd never remember to check the mail. I already forget and my mailbox is next to my front door.
Personally, I don't memorise facts about people I don't like. I learn them and forget them but don't forget that I don't like that person.

Keep a hobby a hobby, yes! Don't try and monetize it! You will kill all the joy you once felt for that hobby.
You don't usually need to lower the fever. We do it for comfort, mostly. Being feverish feels bad. One of my kids can tolerate a fever so I don't usually give her fever reducing medication. The other one gets so miserable that she won't stop screaming, so I give her the medication.
Is it just me who cannot read these things at all? It's just word salad.
Personally I like it, but I am well aware that I have tacky taste.
