fedidb.org does a great work on that too, and with a really nice ui on top, but as it is for the whole fediverse you need to search for lemmy first if you wanna see lemmy instaces listing, or you can just search for specific instaces and see their individual info
Yeah I've seen people calling others here lemmings, it's a funny name but if you think about it, here is part of the fediverse and with that comes the thing that it isn't just Lemmy, there are other platforms (like Kbin) involved, so i think that a more universal naming would probably be more fitting
Yeah, it's the same for me, in some communities the posts will show up normally even when in that state, exept for [email protected] Only this one in specific won't federate for some reason
