You would definitely notice 100ms delay. Cheap TVs have this much lag, and it's painful to play certain games on them. That's part of the reason a lot of very old games are played in competitions on CRT TVs.

Under 10ms though, it's probably not noticable unless you're doing some crazy gaming.

Meh maybe. The issue is that I don't want to pay $100 more on my next order bc someone can't solder or find a repair place. A credit on the next order or something, in the amout of what it would cost a repair shop, could be cool though.

Local repair shop >> shipping in across the world

It's a simple fix for anyone who knows what they're doing. Sorry you're having trouble, but being able to perform this fix instead of just systematically junking returned laptops is a good thing, and is what sets Framework apart. It seems we've already forgotten how to visit a repair shop though.

Best of luck!

My Intel 13 starts rate limiting the framerate at 3 minitors. Wonder what gives

There was a framework tool release recently that added this function! I can post the link later if you remind me. May be Linux only though

Layer indicators for keyboard. Camera and microphone enabled/disabled notification. Camera and mic active+recording. CPU/mem/network/disk usage indicators. Battery indicator. Internet ping indicator.

There's just some ideas!
