What cooler were you using? Thermal paste? Did you take the clear plastic off the cooler plate?

My PC is slow at everyting even though I have a really good hardware in c/[email protected]

Is your operating system on a ssd? System updates and drivers current? Have you checked the CPU socket for bent/missing pins? As a last resort try a fresh install of windows.
