So yesterday I got One UI 7 on my A55 and so far it's okay, I didn't notice any performance impact but I did notice that the battery drains faster (prob because of the new animations). I have the 8/256 Exynos model

Flashed Vulcan ROM on my Note20 Ultra today. It's great, but I wouldn't recommend it for daily driving (files.catbox.moe)

It has much less bloatware than the stock Samsung ROM, the thing is that I feel it's unstable. You do get Galaxy AI as well, and the Vulcan Updates app is a bit broken (at least in my case).

Good ROM? Yes.
