Went through 3x 13900k and two Asus boards before finally getting another CPU and changing over to an MSI Tomahawk z790. No issues since.

What you describe is the hell I went though from December through April. Fortunately bought in store replacement warranty and they were able to replicate the problems each time and replaced.

I would suggest if you can, buy a cheap 12100 or 13100 and try it in your system. You might have to eat that cost to try and figure out if it’s processor or motherboard related. However, if it’s CPU related, it’s possible your motherboard is causing the issue to kill CPU(s), as was in my case.

Get a Xeon workstation and never look back.

I’ve got a 44 core Xeon, 1TB of RAM. Never have to worry about anything. If money is no object, go with the Xeon and fill it with RAM.
