Really interesting article. I don't doubt the conclusion of these animals fearing humans. But I do wonder whether this is fear of humans in particular, rather than fear of noises they've never heard before

Lol one of my cats watched a good chunk of this episode with me too. So funny when they do this

Want to take bets on how long it takes for this particular prompt to get patched out? Lol

This is why I wasn't subscribed to any of the default subreddits. Guess I'll need to do the same here.

Thanks for posting this. I always knew chase was widely hated, but didn't really understand the depth of it. This was a great read

Hey, thanks for starting this up. Coming over here from reddit also, and I'd love to see this community grow. Been a Giants fan most of my life here in NJ. Best Giants memory would probably be when we won the 2007 NFC championship game. First time I ever cried watching a sports game. I knew we'd win it all after that

I'm looking for something to fill the void. The enshittification of reddit isn't going to stop any time soon, just the nature of chasing quarterly profits. I plan to keep my account though. There are some really valuable communities there, and cutting ties completely feels like it would be spiting the nose off my face. r/home improvement has helped me on so many occasions, for example. I am hopeful that lemmy can grow to be the spiritual successor of reddit though!
