That article is from 2020, so they are 16 now, possibly even 17, given that the original picture was taken 2007 when they were 11 months old (which is almost a year [citation needed])

I am currently successfully using shredit to edit my comments using my GDPR export and everything seems to work fine, I occasionaly can see debug info

1mCouldn't edit - comment was probably removed by a moderator

which appears on comments I already deleted using PowerDeleteSuite, so it seems shreddit is now already able to handle deleted comments :)

Thank you so much, this sounds exactly like what I was looking for.

I've previously seen people mentioning the name, but googling it lead me to a webservice that is currently defunct due to the API limits.

Fair point, I guess my issue is trust.

The GDPR data I received from reddit revealed to me that the comments I edited and deleted have not actually been deleted from the database, just edited.

EDIT: Furthermore, I am "worried" that all reddit would need to do to be compliant to my GDPR delete request, was to remove my association with the comments, i.e. leaving the comments up but disasociating it with my account by changing the poster name to [deleted]. It seems to me, that in order to be GDPR compliant, reddit only needs to allow me to delete my content myself, which they do - but manually editing and deleting 4000 comments is not a job I want to do.

I fully agree with the 8bitdo recommendation. I have an 8bitdo Pro 2 controller, and I love it. I love that it is easily customizable, I love that I can use it on multiple devices (Quest 2, Nintendo Switch, PC/Deck), I love that it comes with a rechargable battery but can also be used with AA batteries. Build quality feels great and it can often be found for around $30-40.

Looks like they got their shit together.

on a more serious note, I do hope that McLaren has successfully started recovering from their slump and that this wasn't just a one-off.

Love the app so far, seems to be the cleanest lemmy client I have tried so far.

One suggestion is to make the home button act as a "move to top" button when I am scrolled down the list. The top Bar Auto hides when scrolling down the list, making "go to top" inacessible.

ATS and ETS are pretty much on sale for $5 during every sales event.

That's not meant to be dismissive though, they are great games, a few years old, and definitely a great value. DLC can be a bit more expensive, but the base games allow for plenty of fun on their own.
