Uh, no, I don't think I'd like to be in the same room as Madness when the bell rings.

Lmao. What a way to word this.

OK here's the context :

Translation:

"MAYOR'S OFFICE CLOSED

Because of the 8th and 9th of May, the mayor's office will be closed on the 10th and 11th of May"

This year, the 8th and 9th of May are both holidays. It is common in France for public offices to do long weekends for these holidays, so this office chose to be closed on the 10th and 11th.

This sign is nothing out of the ordinary, but the wording does make it a bit funny.

Ea-Nasir is very famous on the nerdy side of tumblr. Chrysippus too, to a lesser extent.

I think those are simply tumblr leaks tbh.

That reminds me, I just learned yesterday (from a crossword) that Natives In Tech has actually asked Apache Software to change their name last year.

I don't think it'll happen anytime soon, but seeing them here in the picture reminded of that.

France here, so the right to strike is (relatively) protected and blue collar unions can be very strong.

In white collar spaces however, the antiwork talks are virtually inexistent as far as I can tell.

The worst part is, the data has been scraped already, regardless of any opt-out, and there is no explicit confirmation that it hasn't been shared with midjourney already. The wording on the staff post is... Very Vague about that.

Because if that's the case, no amount of opting-out will change anything. Tumblr says they'll notify Midjourney if some data is now opted-out, but come on, I have absolutely no reason to believe that Midjourney will do anything about it. They don't care, they already have the data.

Honestly I didn't even question it

Yeah!

Well, technically the design of the pattern was made by Magnum in early 2010s (it's the old spyder model), but the construction of this pair specifically is all from scratch, tailored to my feet and to my orthopedic insoles.

For what it's worth, the Boost client supports animated gifs just fine. I assume most do, tbh
