US Presidents being War Criminals is a long and celebrated tradition. Biden is not the first or the last US president to follow that tradition.

I find it pretty worrying that he has an approval rating that can still drop. I would have thought he would have reached 0 by now. The fact that the approval is over 40% is just mind boggling.
As someone from Romania, who had that policy as well during communist times, I can say that I find that very weird as well. It's just cult of personality and it irks me.
