There are strategies to

  1. Have individual homes for people to reside in; this gives people privacy, some sense of permanence, and a safe space to simply exist. This reduces the psychological stresses of simply trying to exist. This also has the upside of having a permanent address to have things like a bank account, contact point for Medicaid, etc.

  2. "Safe" access to drugs. A lot of people would be on some kind of drug. Having a safe place lets them do what they need to and have established residence to get help when they need it, like an ambulance going to an address for ODs

  3. Have medical support. Professionals can help ween off of hard drugs and/or find appropriate drugs for what ever health issues they have.

  4. Finally they can take a shower and get themselves presentable to interview for work.

I worked adjacent to some org buying the back lot of a school to convert into this kind of housing for homeless teens; above is what I can recall when reading into the program.

I have a Bluetooth dongle headset-mic. Probably for the same buffer reason, it constantly breaks audio when I have multiple audios in/outs running.

The only consistent fix is switching to another audio driver and playing a video on YouTube while I switch it back.

And with Croatia's bridge they can blockade Bosnia whenever they want.

In multiplayer games like this, they'll usually place players lower than their calculated MMR. This lets you climb for a while to get hooked into it before slamming into your own 50/50 wall.

Reddit sold Google the rights to train AI models using their (our?) data a year ago. Any trained model will recognize the data it was trained on and rank it highly.

Recently installed Total Warhammer 3 which I didn't notice had a native Linux client. Multiplayer didn't work. Textures never loaded in. Loading times ass.

Switched to Proton and everything worked flawlessly.

I'm pretty sure the design intent was to make your first level of defense learning mechanics and using the dodge roll. If you can do that consistently you can just pump damage and speed, which is what everyone wants to do anyway.

Move your notes into a note taking app, like Obsidian, or Logseq. It's a lot easier to expand on any ideas or just reflect on them.

You also get a node graph which is fun to look at.

Yeah, leaving leaf coverage is great for all kinds of larvae. Leaving them alone also slows weeds from growing and as the leaves break down they fertilize the soil.

The modern problem is that there are not enough critters roaming around to naturally step on foliage to break them down.

You have to aggressively purge the current chat and give it more abstract references for context. With enough context it can rewrite some logic loops, maybe start a design pattern. You just have to aggressively check the changes.

They're still improving at least. There are ~3x as many nations meeting the 2% spending requirement over a decade ago. Here's hoping it continues and can supplant aid to Ukraine plus fight any other claims over NATO members in the very near future.

The problem is that it takes a long time for those individual liberals to get up the Democratic ladder. It's a shame that campaigning under a new party is suicide.
