Has anybody seen the movie WALL-E?

It's probably a bit of a stretch, but I feel like this is somehow the genesis/precursor of the hoverchairs that all the adults use for everything.

(God, I hope not.)

This seems more appropriate.

For those who don't know, the image is from

Kim's Convenience (Netflix). A great show, from a used to be decent streamer.

It's a pretty successful Disney movie from the last 20 years, there was never a chance that would work.

My first thought is all the maga people are going to run up to Alaska to "defend freedom" from Russia.

I then realized that probably won't happen because they'll only listen to what Trump tells them to do, so they'll sit back and watch as the USA is reduced to 49 states.

In their eyes, you can't spell RUSsiA without U.S.A....

A 2024 Kia Telluride is right around $50,000 USD (fully loaded specs), but I get what you're saying with regards to vehicles in general.

Like BMW and Tesla having "creature comforts" behind subscriptions.

I was about to reply asking where the 7th needle is, then I noticed it's black and in her left hand, between her thumb and index finger, while the other 6 needles are tan.

I have no idea what this is...

Looks like a press chopper. Place vegetable on top of a matrix of square blades (they're like 10x10 rows or something) then you push through the blades with the press. It makes bulk diced veg or whatever very quickly, the blades are kind of a pain to clean but other than that, it's pretty useful.
