Last month of my season. (Warning, bunny screams)

I'm a falconer, this is true for the US. But you are able to have a bird as an apprentice. But ya, the quickest I've seen someone go from nothing to bird was like 10 months. In some countries like the UK you can just go buy a bird. I would not recommend it but it is legal.

Ya, like $100 for a staked bow perch. You'll really want a block for a falcon though, those are a bit more. Custom turned blocks are several hundred bucks. A lot of people make their own though for much cheaper. Affixing some AstroTurf onto a plant pot gets you 80% of the way there.

Disclaimer: video shows hawks catching rabbits and rabbits scream when that happens. A lot of people find this very off putting.

Flying a cast of 2 male 1 female harris hawks. Added the juvenile male this season and he is coming into his own but the older male doesn't like him :(

Black and White is in some kind of IP hell I think. Not sure why someone hasn't made a black and white inspired VR game though.

Just anchor off shore and row in like a pirate. Good exercise too.

All three of them helped catch this rabbit

Beautiful flight off the fist, easy transfer off. This bird is turning out great!

Older bird sharing a rabbit with the new bird.

Wife slightly impulse bought a harris hawk and we're spending this weekend getting the other birds used to him so we can all fly together.

All the birds have been moved indoors so we're weathering a bit today.

Pretty decent news video, Jim did a good job.

More of a passion, falconry. I'm in deep. It's really a lifestyle, basically when making a life decision I think about how it will effect my falconry.

Here's one of my goobers:

She wouldn't stop chasing them and finally got one, Gyr / Peregrine hybrid.
