That’s disgraceful - in my book that should have been a yellow for Joelinton (he shouldn’t have shoved back, no matter the provocation) and 2 yellows for the cheating twat De Paul - for the grabbing of Joelinton and then the blatant play acting of clutching his face
This needs a “misleading headline” tag - the headline is not supported by the article
According to the article itself, when asked about whether Newcastle would fight such changes he said “[y]ou could make that assumption”
So they might vote against, but so what?

The one I saw, it looks like he stretched down for a second, but that’s all you could see.
Maybe he threw something, but even with a lot of imagination at most it looked like he was flicking it off the pitch

I have seen that much about the Newcastle handball - there was a lot of (justifiable) outrage the next day but after that I haven’t seen much. And I watch all the Newcastle channels - we’ve moved on
Haven’t seen anything much about the City “advantage”, again even though I understand why they would be seriously pissed off
