I suppose you could use targeted social media algorithms to target people within a certain area who are service workers who are more likely to see him. So they could theoretically manipulate people into better recognizing him.

I think that the gun and everything else were dumped and found and the cops are saying he had them on him when he didn't. I think they know it's him, but they didn't use legal means to identify him (parallel construction). They might have used some kind of new way of tracking people that they don't want to reveal to the public.

Sometimes I've found decent tools at Aldi. They usually have them until they run out. I have a 1/4" socket set from there that's been great.

Obviously not, but turnabout is fair play. You don't have to have active fines. Just find one of these book banners and send them a demand letter, if they don't return (book that is definitely worth over x amount) the librarian can issue an arrest warrant. If your wife happens to be wrong, well, qualified immunity bithces.

Some states give librarians the authority to issue arrest warrants if the value of overdue books is over a certain amount. Just saying.
