Probably yes. But if the 5700x3D is a 65w tdp part having a working curve optimizer is less paramount.

I'm not too keen on relying on PBO2-Tuner (software). And so far it has been next to impossible (work in progress) to find out if my motherboard actually supports curve optimizer for this specific CPU in bios.

IF the 5700x3D has 65w TDP (I know, I know that means 88watts) that would be pretty neat and an instant buy from me.
