It's a flatpak, and it's just the same as the old nostalgic game.

I never understood the hate, tbh. A lot of users don't even care if Sysd is used, as long as it works. So... Since the majority of distros use it... I think it works enough.

Not directly related, but good game.

It's the only one physically connected that I'm aware of.

Humans are just crows with rights and anxiety.

Fixed it, I think. Apparently mods were interfering.

Unreal installed something and then came up with an error about the OS. If I remember, something about using an incompatible one or something.

I live in ~~REDACTED~~ and its a heavy car based location.

Lately though, I noticed more and more bikes in general. Some e-bikes, some just mechanical, but overall a high usage of bikes. I have mine as well I'd use if it was the right type, and if everything wasn't far away from me.

It feels like my area is on the breakthrough of a revolution of bikes due to things like cars being expensive, maybe convenience, or some other factor.

I was curious if it's just me seeing this or it's becoming a more common thing. I just wish that we had more bike lanes/paths available. The current infrastructure can't handle the bikes and normal traffic here.

It's missing a few of the features some clients have, but I'm happy that it's here at all as I love IfR.

Seems like a huge amount of my posts are from this one account, which some/most are news, so... That's cool and all, but I wasn't expecting so many from just one account.

At least in terms of the communities popping up. A lot of them (even ones I made), are just the Lemmy version of Reddit subs. Is that a good/bad thing? Time will tell, but at the moment I think it's kinda funny of what's happening.

As mentioned, Walmart Chicago is closing all locations, more than likely due to theft, like Portland. If you ask me, I'd say rip up the buildings and parking lots and put a lot of flats or bus stations or something as a replacement.

Like say for example, I don't want to see anything political. Is it as simple as going to the communities and hit block?

Idk WHAT Spez and everyone else was thinking. I hope as more news breaks out like Apollo releasing the calls with Reddit and the blackout as a whole with some subs going indefinite, that this rips Reddit as a whole and we move on to different places like here in Lemmy. It's a good place, Lemmy is. Plus, even if an instance or two collapses, it won't affect us all in the long run.

Get bent, Spez.

Hi everyone. I'm kinda new to Lemmy and is not 100% sure how this works. Is it nearly 1:1 to reddit? What kinda changes am I expecting?
