The only games I've been paying full price for are games that I have been looking forward to for a very long time/games that I know for a fact I will 200% enjoy. Otherwise I'm waiting for steep sales of at least 50%, but usually more.

The only exception are Nintendo games because they rarely go on sale and when they do it's not a super amazing sale price. But because of that I buy way less Nintendo games and only buy the ones I absolutely know I'll enjoy. It's a lot more rare that I'll take a risk.

I feel like it was the past month or two? There's supposed to be a Nintendo direct soon which might tell us more. Lots of speculation as of now. Only thing that I've read is that it won't have an oled screen

I work 10 to 6 but I've been lucky enough to continue working from home (for now at least).

Regardless of the time of day, what kills me more than anything is total hours worked. Like others have said, it's not a fully productive 8 hours.

Anything past 6 hours and my brain mentally starts shutting down. During high stress or high productivity days that can be shortened to 4 or 5 hours of actual productivity and then I slow down

Sometimes we just don't like certain genres. I've tried dozens of times to get into rogue likes and I cannot get into them. I enjoyed hades decently enough, and I could get to the boss. But the gameplay loop always gets repetitive for me. It's weird!

Yeah I felt like below zero could have gone without the above land content. It just wasn't nearly as good as the rest of what they had made. I really missed having the submarine thing too

I stopped playing when the first dlc dropped. Honestly if they stuck with their original vision of destiny and kept the first game going I would have probably stuck with it.

I miss the halo era of bungie. Bring that bungie back lol

I skipped sword and shield. Pokemon scarlet and violet ran terribly. Yet even though I went into it expecting to have a bad time, I still enjoyed the gameplay loop?

I'm extremely conflicted because I know that if it wasn't for it being pokemon I would have likely dropped S&V like a hot potato. And with the lie about reduced pokemon in each game due to having to recreate the models from scratch (and then people finding out Sw&Sh models were just 3ds models) it just rubbed me the wrong way.

All in all I can't help but think of what the games could be if they took the time to do it right.

Honestly i feel like if they would have just kept updating battlefield 4 with new maps and content I would have just stuck with that.

Multiplayer gaming has been in a rough state the past while

Maybe I'm reading this incorrectly but this quote stands out to me

'"It's going to change the number of work hours that humans have to do when sometimes machines do some of their work," he said.'

I highly doubt it's going to cut down on total hours worked. It will allow companies to make more profit while keeping workers at the same 8+ hour shifts. Unless something changes through regulation the average person won't see benefits in my opinion. I could be wrong. Heck I would love to be wrong, but I don't see it going that way

Their games are buggy, but people are still talking about them and enjoying them. Modders have done a lot of (if not most of) the heavy lifting of course. But I don't think we would be seeing so many mods if the core games were bad.

The Alberta government will do whatever they can to strip public Healthcare. They benefit from introducing private care. They're going to push for it regardless of how it hurts regular people.
