Not a reading but Tatjana Hopper on YouTube does exactly what you’re asking

Your lens only goes down to a 4.5 and I think that’s actually the issue

Honestly it might be easier to practice rather than read about practicing

You should absolutely charge for that. That would take me a few days to go through

I’m a family photographer and this is what I do:

I accept payments through my Pixieset site. Before that I just used Venmo or cash app.

I always always require deposit. They prevent cold feet. I charge 50%

I always get paid before the shoot. I do no take photos without payment in full. Yes editing is work too but, taking the photos is sorta the whole point.

I send my contract also through Pixieset. You could use another method but that’s what works for me.

If it’s a laptop- a MacBook is the way to go. Make sure there’s at least 16gb ram.

Your client hired you to make those choices.

I would have them physically separated, like a few feet and maybe they just make eachother laugh or enjoy each others company.

You could also do the moments leading up to touch, similarly to how the engagement is the time of anticipation for the wedding. Maybe they are approaching eachother in a book store or a coffee shop. Maybe you capture photos of each one looking at the other so you can show the excitement.

Turn on focus highlights or split prison or something
