The information in the newspaper about getting Yonko Status could be deduced from an image. And as far as we know Luffy has never gone to school. So is he an illiterate?

I think that the additional weight on the water on the surface of the outer airplane body increases friction with the air, and also weight of the aircraft. But does the fuel consumption increase? And by how much?

In chapter 385 Lucci states

You learn the name of the fruit when you gain its power

• so why did Luffy not learn the name of the Human-Human Fruit, Model: Nika after eating it?
• or did he mean you name the fruit yourself after learning of its abilities?

Is there a map that shows the minimum recorded temperature for each spot on earth? This would be interesting to see the coldest places on earth, and also see the countries where water never freezes because of ambient temperature ... I guess the every spot in the US would still be under 0°C ?

I only found this map of global average temperature, not minimum temperature?

The Figarland bloodline was first mentioned in non Canon Material:

• the name "Figaraland" was first mentioned in the Film RED movie in relation to Shanks bloodline by the 5 elders
  • that movie is NON Canon material so it should not matter what is mentioned there, but this seems way to specific to ignore
• now in the most recent chapter we get Saint Figarland Garling, another member of that bloodline and God Valley
• also Oda revealed in a Volume related to film RED (Volume Volume 4000000000 titled "RED") that Shanks was found as an infant at God Valley
• this paints a picture how Shanks is closely linked to the World Government, the Celestial Dragons and God Valley even before it is stated in the Canon story

So now my opinion:

• canon secrets should not be revealed in non Canon material first, because it blurs the line between canon and non canon material, making it more difficult to see what actually is the truth for the average fan.
  • this also blurs the line as to what can be seen as a valid argument in theory crafting. Now even non canon material is cited as a source for a theory, even though this is still invalid and should always be mentioned
• this seems to be a (admittedly smart) money making trick: reveal facts in non canon material to spur fan engagement
• there is still a chance that shanks bloodline does not matter to the actual story, but as hints get more and more specific this becomes unlikely.

I lately learned about memory allocations and use of malloc. The malloc command is defined in the POSIX standard, as can be seen here It says

The order and contiguity of storage allocated by successive calls to malloc() is unspecified.

So what is the default allocation strategy malloc uses on Linux. Is that allocation strategy different then from windows/ macOS or Android?

I heard malloc on Linux uses the Buddy memory allocation strategy is that true, since on wiki it only says the Linux Kernel uses it, but not Linux itself, idk?

Lets start listing pre timeskip main villains that have already returned

• Alvida (in cross guild)
• Buggy (cross guild)
• ((Arlong)) through flashback only on fishmen island
• Smoker (Punk Hazard)
• Wapol (Reverie, as king of evil drum kingdom)
• Crocodile ( cross guild)
• Bellamy
• Blackbeard
• Moria (on Fullalead island Perona tries to save him)
• Boa
• the Admirals

In sum 11 main villains returned

Villains that did not return:

• Axe Hand Morgans (his son is still at Kobys side tho)
• Kuro (but his right hand man still was present, while Garp talks about Rocks)
• Don Krieg
• Arlong
• Enel (even-tho he got his crazy moon cover story)

In sum 5 villains did not return ... Did I loose some main villains (I do not count Doflamingo, since he was only a post ts main villain) This means 11/17 = 65% of old characters did return after the timeskip to the story again, which is an ecxeptional result for a long running series imo ....

What are your general thoughts on villains returning into the story after they have been defeated. In my opinion that can get boring, if the character is not seen in a new position / context. So Crocodiles return is more boring compared to Buggys return, since Crocodile is not currently challenged and did not change his personality.

I hope some of the lesser popular characters get their chance to shine at the end, adding "depth" to seemingly unimportant characters.

For example Axe Hand Morgans still does not know he was hypnotized into believing he captured captain Kuro. Because of that hypnosis he became an arrogant high ranking officer. Bringing Axe Hand Morgans and Kuro together could lead to the revelation that his live was built on a lie. And then he could accept his son Helmeppo again, as Helmeppo reaches the same rank as his father through merit. (Currently Helmeppo has the rank below his fathers captain rank)
