Net withdrawals from North American and US funds totalled SEK 13.7 billion, banks and households combined. This is the highest figure since 2010, when data started to be collected.

At the same time, net deposits in Swedish funds totalled SEK 22.7 billion - another record high, according to TT.

  • ‘It is clear that Swedish households have reacted strongly to the new US administration's turbulent policies, which so far have included trade wars and actions that have turned a lot of what we previously took for granted upside down,’ says Stefan Westerberg, private economist at Länsförsäkringar, which has compiled the total equity fund savings in Sweden, both among private savers and banks, during February.

I never really understood how it's managed. I guess Twitter allows you to see a tiny bit of content but then login walls you when you try to navigate

Twitter was closing read access so only members could /read/ posts.

It is indeed the case

Creating a new platform would take time. Mastodon is there, the European Commission already has an instance: https://ec.social-network.europa.eu/@EUCommission

Depends on the place. Cities that are also economical centers like London, Paris or Barcelona would probably be okay (locals in those places are usually in favor of less tourism, as it kind of kills their local vibes). Tourist only places might suffer.

Interesting! Well, it's kind of a tough case. If anyone here knows someone who works for LU, how has things changed since they belong to Mondelez? Maybe there is a difference, but it's not like Kraft or Danone are pop and mom stores

After buying cordura wallets because most my wallets never lasted very long, i tried looking for an RFID-blocking cardwallet since those cordura ones were massively bulky

I ordered one from Ögon before i knew about this EU-movement. I must admit i'm really happy to see i got lucky and supported our southern neighbours in France.

Yes, they are small, but maybe they can encourage the bigger parties to also endorse the movement.

Seems like they are on Mastodon, but I didn't find their account
