No, none of them read. You can't follow Jesus and believe American doctrine is moral and good, but you definitely can believe in "supply side Jesus", slavery, genocide, etc etc and think you "believe in God" as a willfully ignorant and immature human being, which most Americans are.

It is objectively easy to take naked pics/vids and get paid for it. I know because I've met two girls who couldn't hold jobs (bipolar/something else) or even live with others but made some income from OF. It might not be a lot, but the effort is minimal.

Pretty much every film with the smallest amount of popularity can be easily, freely torrented in high definition. Netflix has good OG anime, not worth the price of subscription but still, whilst other platforms don't even offer that. Why give them money? Learn to use the interwebs!
It's stupidity and immaturity more than maliciousness, at least in the case of the US lumpen. The results might be more or less the same but the reframing helps with living in this world and believing in people's 'well-meaning nature'.

America was isolated from WW2 and joined at the end on their terms and for their benefit thanks to their location/geography. America will easily self-isolate and go full V for Vendetta (white [Germanic? Anglo Saxon? I feel like Germanic covers both] ethnonationalism, as usual) until it eventually balkanizes.
But Americans are honestly the dumbest people I've ever met, seeming almost challenged in their happy ignorance, so what can Americans by themselves do against their owners and through hardship? Israelis bomb Palestine through Ramadan and the communities still break their fast together in the rubble of their homes; Americans can't afford something they've been advertised but definitely don't need and will start selling drugs, their bodies (OF has made it easier than ever too!) and, finally, their souls. I can't see them doing anything besides murdering when they have the upper hand and assenting in fear when they don't, and I definitely don't see them getting together productively.
