It was a stressful day, but I held my ground and didn't give in, I've learnt that in these tough times people are more likely to relapse, but one needs to remember that choosing resilience over impulse and jus sitting with the feeling is OK. Sometimes you'll have bad days, and the only way to get past them is to sit with the feeling and do nothing.

Nothing to share.

So far, I haven’t felt any different, but I’ve definitely noticed the withdrawal symptoms hitting harder, especially late at night when I have nothing to keep myself busy, right before trying to sleep. The intensity of these symptoms has increased over time, and I’ve found myself becoming more sensitive to even the slightest arousal. For example, even small interactions with attractive or hot girls tend to get me hardon out of nowhere. It's a bit embarrassing.

On top of that, I’ve been experiencing random boners throughout the day. I’m not entirely sure why, but they usually don’t last long and pass fairly quickly.

I'll keep u guys updated. Ciao.
