Most likely the security fix that was issued recently for 16, which explains the small size.

So far, the only fix I’ve noticed has been the accessibility option to use personal voice (the keyboard initially covered the prompt, now it’s back to normal).

This actually came out a few days ago. Changes include:

  • New information button in music for specific song credits
  • Design changes in the mental health tab in health
  • A new “add people” button in photos -New suggestions for shopping lists in reminders
  • Latest release for artists when you search for them in spotlight
  • More minor UI changes

I think the build number is different from the last beta 3.

Oh, so it is. I have a separate update. My bad!

Oh no, totally understandable. It’s strange for them to release two betas with the same number, so it’s confusing.

Are you on the 17 dev profile? If so, check the top where it shows “beta updates” and make sure you select 17.

Any new features spotted yet?

Yes, there is a new information button in Music that lets you see all the people that worked on a song. There are design changes in the mental health part of health, and a few other tweaks

Big thing seems to be that the hidden keyboard and PNG transparency bugs appear to be fixed.

Finally! That was driving me nuts

So far, nothing noticeable, but it’s a bit more stable. I haven’t noticed the annoying iMessage keyboard issue, so that’s good!

I was still having keyboard issues with the Line messaging app, that has now been resolved

Maps, specifically with CarPlay, appears to be more stable
